Canadian born business woman, Lisa J Levasseur, began painting 2010 and quickly emerged an artist. Featured in magazines, books & exhibitions as an International Contemporary Modern Art Master. She has become known as creator of a new art form called PaletteArt™. A special process using recycled paint to form 3D sculptured one of a kind paintings that cannot be duplicated. Also noted for her range of artwork & natural talent in different mediums. Now teaching this method, her goal is to get other artists to recycle all their used paint and create new opportunities in the art world. Proudly part of World Wide Art Environmental Pavilion in LA, the International Landfill Arts Project and receiving International Noto Award - Unesco Heritage. Winning numerous International Contemporary Modern Art awards with exhibitions all over the world.

Ray Swirsky is a full time working artist based in Calgary, his chosen medium is oils. Having grown up in the small town of Kimberley, BC, Ray has never lost his connection with nature and this shows in the many stunning landscapes and large animals scenes that appear in most of his paintings. Ray is also an active plein air painter, always seeking to find and copy the colours that only exist in nature. Ray is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (AFCA) the Alberta Society of Artists (ASA), Artists for Conservation, Oil Painters of America, Metis Society of Alberta. In his short career, Ray’s work has been well received into many juried exhibitions with works being sold throughout Canada, USA, and the UK. Ray’s most notable success was being included in the exclusive list of artists exhibiting at the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede Artist’s Studio since 2019, and The Great Western Art Show in Montana, for 2023. Ray’s commitment to his art is evident in his strong work ethic, desire to integrate and mix with other artists, and a passion that runs deep.

Karly M. Ireland About the Artist: Karly is an illustrative artist that specializes in painting, design and background art for animation and book illustration. Originally from the quaint fishing village of Fox Point, Nova Scotia, she spent 8 years studying Animation in Toronto. Karly completed her Animation Diploma at Max The Mutt Animation School in 2010 and since then has been a full time artist with projects such as The Wild Kratts Series (PBS/Netflix) Pound Puppies (Hasbro), Fugget About It (9story Entertainment), Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood (Fred Roger’s Company, PBS), Pirate’s Passage (CBC) as well as freelance illustrating children's books and video game design. Having a career that was for the most part all digitally based, she followed her dream of moving to the Rocky Mountains to be a landscape painter and work for one of the local art galleries located in Jasper Alberta. Karly spent the next ten years working for Mountain Galleries at the Fairmont Jasper and became a valued member of the Jasper Artists Guild and Gallery. In 2018 Karly began teaching art classes for both galleries and started her own side business teaching acrylic and watercolor painting classes. Karly now resides in the town of Valemount B.C and is excited to be offering painting classes and fine art lessons. She has been deeply moved by the beauty of her new mountain home and is looking forward to sharing her creativity with the community.

Tammy Taylor is an international, wildlife artist from Alberta, Canada. Her works have shown in New York, Arizona, China, and across Canada and can be found in private and public collections around the world. An Alberta farm girl, she is passionate about nature and wildlife and is an avid supporter of conservation.She is a Ducks Unlimited Portfolio Artist and a Signature Member of Artists for Conservation. With thoughtfulness and sentimentality, Tammy’s oil paintings pay homage to the unbridled spirit of the animal kingdom, capturing each subject’s unique character through loose, gestural brushwork. Using a limited earth-tone palette, she creates life like images that masterfully capture light and texture and are rich in depth, energy, and emotion. Her passion is creating art with a purpose for her clients that inspire joy and evoke emotion while radiating the beauty of Creation. An outdoor enthusiast, she is especially fond of the Rocky Mountains and its wildlife. Tammy spends a great deal of time in Jasper hiking and photographing the incredible wildlife and scenery. She is an exhibiting artist at the Jasper Art Gallery (JAG) and has done solo exhibitions featuring Rocky Mountain wildlife both at the Jasper Museum and at the Okotoks Art Gallery. Her work can also be found in the NOA Gallery in Edmonton, AB year around. Primarily an oil painter, Tammy also works in various mediums and takes on commissioned work including murals. She also does live painting demos and offers workshops and lessons customizable to any group and skill level.

Born in 1963 in a southeastern town in Iran, Saeed Hojjati is the oldest of five children. His adventurous and passionate spirit brought him to Canada to build a better life. As an immigrant to Canada, Saeed worked hard and used his entrepreneurial skills that he had developed in Iran to build a life here. Saeed began to sketch in his free time and his fiancée at the time (now his wife) saw his amazing talent. Sandra encouraged him to play with color and Saeed through painting with oil discovered his gift in art. He credits God for his ability and for giving him inspiration to produce such high-quality creations. Saeed is a self-taught artist and along the way sought opportunity to learn from some great artists. Saeed is very grateful to Barbara Schaefer and Doris Charest who has taught him and mentors him through their honest feedback. It is through this feedback that Saeed’s paintings have grown to what they are today. His love for life, for the beauty of God’s creation leads him to paint with vivid color, depth, and spiritual passion. His paintings reflect the great beauty and diversity of our world. Through oil Saeed captures the awe in simplicity. His method of using brush and palette knife to create diversity in texture is his paintings are widely admired. All of Saeed’s work is inviting. The demand for his work grows with each passing day and because of Saeed’s passion and determination he easily meets the demands. Because his subject matter derives from capturing experiences and memories, they are exceedingly popular among those in search of that type of nostalgia. His work can be found displayed in galleries across North America, retail environments, festivals, and private and public shows. His art is collected from those across North America to the United Kingdom. One of Saeed’s greatest accomplishments was when the city of Edmonton selected his original work and purchased it to be given to dignitaries from around the world. He feels blessed to be able to share a part of himself with others. You will also see his pieces in St. Albert’s Art Beat Gallery, Lacombe’s Gallery on Main and Xanadu Gallery in Scottsdale. Saeed is proud to be a part of the Edmonton community and he has given several of his original pieces for charities. Saeed is a member of Society of Western Canadian Artists (SWCA) and his art has been recognized and awarded for his work in detail and perspective. Saeed is also a member of the Night of Artists in Edmonton, AB and Canadian Federation of Artists. He is a devoted husband and dedicated father.
